As part of ongoing expansion of the Marten de Mexico division, Marten Transport’s Hidalgo, TX facility is located on 3 acres in a yard in South Texas with a small office for ops personnel.

This property is strategically located between two major port of entries in the area, near the Anzalduas International Bridge and Pharr International Bridge. This supports both domestic and international business that will manage temperature controlled and dry business.

In 2022 we opened our Otay Mesa, California terminal. This terminal is home to our operations staff servicing loads into and out of Mexico across the California border.  With the continued growth of the Mexican business, we could service our shippers better by offering another point of entry other than Laredo, Texas.  The added convenience of easy access off Highway 11 makes this one of Marten’s premier terminals.  As expected with any of our terminals, Otay Mesa has a comfortable drivers lounge and laundry facilities.

We opened our Carlisle, PA (25-30 miles west of Harrisburg, PA) terminal in July 2011; it is home to our northeast operations. Our terminal sits on 6.25 acres and has a shop with 7 doors (3 full through bays) – plenty of room to house tractors, trailers and drivers’ personal vehicles. The terminal is conveniently located right off interstate 81 and is only 8 miles from the I-81 and I-76 junction. We also have a full drivers’ lounge with access to vending machines, laundry, wireless internet and break room.

The Colonial Heights Terminal opened in September 2012. The terminal houses an Operations department, driver orientation, a four bay shop including an inspection bay and wash bay for tractors and trailers, and a fully secured yard. Colonial Heights is home to our Mid-Atlantic fleet, and drivers have access to the drivers’ lounge, restroom, showers and laundry facilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Tucker, GA, just east of Atlanta is the home to our Southeast Regional fleet. The terminal was completed in 2010 and includes operations, maintenance, and recruiting/orientation. The Tucker terminal sits on 35 acres and was designed to accommodate our drivers’ needs. There is a 16 door maintenance shop, two bays fully enclosed for fueling and inspections and a tractor trailer wash bay. Tucker also has a company store, drivers’ lounge and laundry facilities.

Our Tampa, Florida terminal includes shop bays, an operations office, and an 8 acre secure lot for tractors/trailers as well as personal vehicle parking. Drivers have access to the large break room facilities 24/7. Due to the strict environmental policies pertaining to ground water runoff, there are no provisions for tractor or trailer washing at this location.

Marten’s operation in Memphis, Tennessee positions us in the country’s distribution capital. The facility is located less than one mile from the BNSF rail head and provides additional coverage capacity to our Southeast Operations. To support Southeast Regional Operations and OTR, it is staffed with operations and human resources personnel as well as a recruiter. In addition, Memphis will service our fleets with an onsite maintenance facility. The gated yard and drivers’ lounge are accessible 24 hours a day

The Zionsville Terminal opened in October 2015 and includes Operations, Maintenance, Recruiting, Driver Orientation, Human Resources and Sales. Our drivers have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to the driver’s lounge, free laundry facility, restrooms/showers, plenty of parking for personal vehicles and full access to our secured yard. The maintenance facility includes eight bay maintenance shop, plus two indoor fueling/inspection bays and a tractor/trailer wash bay. Zionsville is home to our Great Lakes Regional and other dedicated fleets.

Our first terminal opened in Mondovi in 1965 as a one-bay garage. As we’ve grown, so has our headquarters. We added a 15,000 square foot addition in 1993 and a truck wash bay a year later. In 2004, an 11,000 square foot office expansion was added. This facility employs more than 300 people, and located just 20 miles south of Eau Claire. Additionally, new state of the art tractor and trailer shops were built to better serve our drivers and meet our maintenance goals.

The Edwardsville terminal opened May 2014 and is the base for our central plains regional fleet. The Edwardsville terminal sits on 20 acres and was designed to accommodate our drivers’ needs. It is located right on the west side of the KC metro with great highway access to all major highways and interstates. There is a 12 door maintenance shop, two bays fully enclosed for fueling and inspections and a tractor trailer wash bay. Kansas City is equipped with a large driver’s lounge, restrooms, showers, and free laundry facilities.

Completed in May 2011, our state of the art Desoto, TX facility is 36,000 sq. feet on approximately 19.5 improved acres. The secure facility houses a spacious drivers’ lounge, shower facilities, laundry facilities, ample long-term car parking, a ten-bay maintenance shop, two indoor fuel/inspection lanes, and an automated tractor wash. The facility is strategically located for ease of access (1.5 miles from both I-20 and I-35E, 2 miles from US-67, and 5 miles from I-45). The facility is also home to our South Central Regional management and administrative staff.

Laredo, Texas is the home to our Mexico operations where we offer door-to-door service for freight going into and out of Mexico. The growth of this segment of our business facilitated the purchase and extensive remodeling of the current terminal in 2013. Sitting on 14 acres and located with easy access to I-35 this terminal includes both operations and maintenance. Our facility is CTPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) certified, with 24/7 security on duty. There is a 4 bay maintenance shop, which includes inspections and fueling. Laredo also has a comfortable drivers lounge and laundry facilities.
