Marten Business Academy

The Contractor Services Department was implemented in 1998, specifically to aid Contractors in the purchase of equipment, getting on the road, and running a profit oriented business. Our Contractor Services staff are experienced and knowledgeable. They can help drivers navigate the process of purchasing their own truck and managing a business every step of the way. 

Marten Business Academy is presented weekly in a classroom setting in Mondovi, WI. The program includes the following: 
 

• Understanding cost structure

• Controlling costs

• Analyzing performance on a regular basis

• Managing cash

• Understanding and minimizing income taxes

• Identifying goals and objectives

• Potential Obstacles

• Personal budgeting
